Welcome to the Andy Carswell Building:
Canso Campus

The exceptional roles and responsibilities veterans undertook while in service led to many health and mental challenges. As a resident of Veterans’ House, our veterans can work at their own pace in identifying and overcoming barriers to their success, find support and encouragement to help them conquer challenges, learn to manage and control depression and PTSD symptoms, gain control over their addictions, and celebrate successes along the way.

LIGHT UP A SMILE

As the festive season approaches, the twinkling lights and the scent of pine fill the air, signalling the perfect time to bring your colleagues together for our joyous Christmas Decorating Contest!

Veterans’ House Canada invites 4 local businesses to come to our Andy Carswell Building and partake in our competition!

To participate there is a $500 entry fee. The funds will go toward our Veteran tenant’s Holiday dinner.

A Tree Decorating Contest is more than just a fundraiser for us here at Veterans’ House Canada; it is a showcase of creativity and community spirit.

The challenge is to decorate your tree in the most original, beautiful, or thematic way possible. This event will ignite your team’s competitive spirit and bring your colleagues together in a festive, collaborative atmosphere.

After the decorating frenzy, the trees will be on display for community members and youth till the end of the season.*

We will supply the trees, the lights and decorations (you are also welcome to bring additional decorations!) Your team will supply creative energy!

Each tree will be reviewed and rated, the winning team will have bragging rights for the holiday season (and beyond)!
