Ottawa, ON / Edmonton, AB – Veterans’ House Canada (VHC) is proud to announce an expanded Veterans’ Week collection partnership with the Bank of Montreal (BMO) in honour of Veterans’ Week and Remembrance Day on November 11, 2025. 

From November 1 to 15, select BMO branches across Ontario and Alberta will be collecting donations to support Veterans’ House Canada’s mission — helping homeless veterans build a better future by providing permanent, affordable, and supportive housing. 

As Canadians remember and reflect on the sacrifices made by our service members, this campaign offers a meaningful way to give back to those who once served our country and are now unhoused. 

“Veterans’ House Canada is excited to see this initiative with BMO grow from year to year,” said Angella Rawsthorne, VHC Fund Manager. “Ensuring veterans are supported, not just once a year but every day, is our goal. Every dollar raised helps us move closer to ending veteran homelessness in Canada. We deeply appreciate the commitment of BMO and the generosity of Canadians in supporting this year-end collection.” 

Donation Made Easy Canadians can contribute by visiting participating BMO branches or by texting VETERAN to 30333 to make a donation directly from their mobile device.
